Say hello to Felix by Rhys Cooper, the first ceramic piece for Design By Them. With its symmetrical form, Felix strikes a balance between sculpture and function. Originally released in 2018, the design has been revisited with an autumnal colour palette and increased proportions to create an elegant centrepiece for the home. Showcasing at our 3daysofdesign exhibition in Copenhagen 18-20 June 2025, Felix is now available for pre-order.

MEET RHYS COOPER
Rhys Cooper is a furniture, lighting and object designer. Establishing his studio in 2016, Rhys utilises a range of high-quality materials and processes. Rhys is driven to create dynamic and original work that is a harmonious balance between artistic integrity and production. His collection of work looks to create conversation and start new dialogues.
"Inspiration for this piece was drawn from material extrusions combined with investigations into slipcast ceramics. My vision for the piece was to see it in residential settings, serving as a sculptural talking point as well as a functional object." - Rhys Cooper
Exploring industrial methods with traditional materials, Felix is designed to bring a welcoming presence to its space. The piece can be adorned with florals or simply remain as a standalone vessel. Felix Vase will be arriving in stock from the end of July 2025.
