Freight and shipping costs are not discounted. All freight is basic to site only.
No backorders or preorders on out-of-stock/restocking items.

Returns/Exchange can be made within 30 days from receiving the items. Returns/Exchange of items are at the cost and responsibility of the customer and must be in saleable condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable for these items unless the product is damaged due to the fault of Design By Them. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
