With its tapered silhouette and slender profile, Swage marries a modern metal form with traditional wood-turning techniques. A balance of structure and softness, designed for longevity and comfort.

Angus Easthope began working in the Sydney furniture industry after graduating as an Industrial Designer from the University of Technology Sydney in 2019. With a background spanning manufacturing, product development and visualisation, Angus brings a practical understanding of how products move from concept to market.

"Swage Chair explores the metal swaging process through its tapered frame. The technique is paired with the upholstery to create a functional balance between rigid structure and soft seating. Swage is designed to deliver comfort while maintaining a lightweight visual appearance."
