MEET GIBSON KARLO
Nick and Sarah established Design By Them in 2007 after graduating as Industrial Designers at the University of Technology Sydney. As co-directors, the two design products for Design By Them and have grown the company to include a curated collection of furniture, accessories and lighting from a talented ensemble of Australian designers.
Balancing timeless profiles with playful proportions, Cabin is defined by its iconic silhouette. With considered curves, the modular design allows for configurations with either an ottoman or a fixed lumbar, perfect for both casual and longer sittings.
The Cabin Collection is internally crafted from commercial-grade CAL 117 foam and FSC plywood for comfort and longevity. The collection is available in our wide range of house fabrics by Kvadrat, Maharam and Knoll.
