All Sample Sale items are excluded from the terms and conditions on our website, any other promotions, commercial orders and the SpecifierPortal.

Items are void of warranty and sold as-is. Sample Sale items may have imperfections or defects.

Sample Sale is in-store only. Card payments only, no cash.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Sample Sale items.

There are no holds on sale items. Items are subject to availability and sold on a first-come-first-serve basis.

All sales are pick-up only. We are happy to assist in loading items into your vehicle where possible. We cannot offer delivery on Sample Sale products but can recommend couriers for you. We are unable to store any orders beyond the last day of sale.
