About The Role
We are looking for someone to join our fun and passionate design studio as a Sales Coordinator. We produce original Australian furniture, selling mainly to interior designers and architects in Australia and Internationally. We pride ourselves on providing our clients with friendly, efficient and helpful service.
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be in charge of looking after enquires and generating quotes. The role is a mix of working autonomously as well as closely to support our staff on the ground in Victoria and Western Australia. Being situated in the Sydney office, you will have a chance to work together with the rest of the office. As part of a small team, you will be included in many aspects of the business and will be encouraged to suggest improvements or system changes. We value input from all team members and enjoy working together to achieve our goals.
Respond to commercial enquiries.
Maintain the CRM system/sales pipeline.
Provide resources and information to clients - primarily pricing, lead times, freight costs and product information.
Coordinate with the design and production team on any custom furniture requests.
Coordinate feedback from clients to the design team for new product development.
Collect data for reporting.
Arrange furniture and swatch samples for clients.
Assist in coordinating client presentations.
Proven track record in a dynamic customer service/sales role.
Administration and online systems experience.
Excellent presentation skills, phone and email manner.
Experience with managing a CRM / sales pipeline.
Experience in the Architectural and Design market (preferable, but not essential).
Passion for design, preferably with a design background.
Down to earth, fun and ambitious.
Proven ability to achieve targets and results-driven.
Must be able to tell one good joke a week through either memes, gifs or interpretive dance.
