About The Role
The primary focus of the Client Relationship Manager is to provide outreach and support to our clients, act as a brand ambassador and to be the face of our brand for their region.
You will be part of a passionate Sales team, working closely with the National Sales Manager and Project Consultant to increase sales and to grow our market presence.
The role is a mix of working autonomously through client facing activities and outreach, while also working collaboratively with our internal teams that manage sales administration from our Sydney HQ.
Core Responsibilities
- • Conduct regular, planned visits to design firms and engage in meaningful and productive dialogue about our products and projects
- • Build relationships with project managers, end users and builders
- • Collaborate with the National Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and strengthen relationships with our clients
- • Provide clients with sample pieces, swatches and any additional support materials
- • Organise and host specific A&D events in accordance with allocated budgets
- • Achieve sales budgets and activity goals
- • Provide accurate forecasting and reporting for individual monthly sales
- • Track and stay on top of important project opportunities
- • Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM to support team visibility and ongoing relationship management
- • Direct inquiries to appropriate teams, and oversee major quotes & product proposals
- • Attend industry events, exhibitions and client entertainment activities as required
- • Create and conduct regular client presentations and face-to-face meetings
- • Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams
Requirements
- • A passion and interest for Australian Design
- • Experience in the furniture industry (preferably commercial furniture) with a proven track record of client relationship experience/management
- • Highly motivated, with a proven ability to work autonomously
- • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with shifting deadlines
- • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- • Strong organisational and time management skills
- • Detail oriented and data savvy, with ability to use data to inform decisions
- • Extensive CRM experience, and Computer proficient (G Suite)
- • A strong work ethic and team first mentality
- • Excellent customer service standards and ethical approach to work
- • Ability to prioritise and multitask day to day and with shifting priorities
- • Excellent presenting skills, phone and email manner
- • Down to earth, fun and ambitious
- • Must be able to tell one good joke a week through either memes, gifs or interpretive dance.

This role is full time remote, based in Melbourne.
