- • Assist with executing seasonal campaigns and promotions, ensuring digital assets are correctly implemented and consistent
- • Implement SEO best practices under guidance to help boost organic performance
- • Track and report on ecommerce performance and campaign outcomes, offering insights and opportunities for improvement
- • Liaise with customer service and internal teams to support smooth customer experiences, including post-purchase
- • Help resolve technical website issues in collaboration with developers or third-party partners
- • Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and site analytics to suggest small tweaks that improve the site
- • Assist with uploading and scheduling content across email, digital ads, or marketplaces as needed
- • Manage coordination with external partners to support development, troubleshooting, or integrations
Key Requirements
- • 1–3 years experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or online
- • Strong proficiency in Shopify, with confidence navigating product setups, collections, and basic Liquid edits
- • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, paid digital channels, and web merchandising
- • Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, ActiveCampaign and CRM integrations
- • Confident coordinating cross-functional tasks and juggling timelines
- • Meticulous attention to detail and pride in delivering clean, accurate work
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Analytical mindset; able to interpret and present data effectively
- • Bonus if you can write clean HTML/CSS or troubleshoot small front-end issues
What We Offer
- • A dynamic, organised and creative work environment with a highly motivated team.
- • Opportunities for personal and professional growth.
- • Unique culture focused on talent development and innovation.
- • An exciting opportunity to join a company on a high growth trajectory.
